Ceremonial Whole Woman Whole Pelvic Care is in devotional listening to the unfurling of your body from moment to moment. The field reveals and co-creates itself through us and our listening. Your body is who leads and there is no place we are trying to get to. Here we tend the entirety of your womanly body to restore alignment to your pelvic space, bring balance to the wholeness of your womanhood, invite fluidity and vitality into the tissues, and awaken the truth thats been at the center of you all along.

Together we offer rigidity, expectations, shame, and silence to the feet of the Goddess.
We open our hearts to the great mystery and enter into a field beyond time and space where miraculous shifts, subtle openings, and profound sensitization can occur. Where the rivers of your body get to flow in harmony and coherence to the ocean of your womb and pelvis. As a collective womb body we have been severed from the truth of our center and the gnosis of our body. The glorious gateways of our body that make up our womanly form are largely overlooked, under-cared for, and untended. We have been greatly severed from the truth of our anatomy and the needs of our physiology. These sacred places of body play an integral role for our whole health as women, they absolutely need perfusion and to be tended with reverential hands who innerstand their physiological needs and pace.

 While being chronically under-nourished and under-cared for we’ve learned to override our body’s natural rhythms and cycles, to suppress our emotions and symptoms, and to quite literally shove it and keep going. We’ve been taught to be shameful and even fearful of this sacred center that holds our womanhood. In fact, most women carry shame around their womb, body, and/or sexuality.

This is a great tragedy AND it is our call to come home to Her, for the way to heal pain and shame is to move towards it.

I’m here to remind you that the medicine is, and always has been, within you. Within your sacred listening, within your body, within your womb, within your womanhood.

ways to work with me

PRIMORDIAL REMEMBRANCE 1:1 IMMERSION

This is the most in depth way to work with me. 5 day all inclusive private immersion with me in Sedona, all you have to do is plan your travel and arrive. You get to be so incredibly nurtured and cared for during this time. It will be a re-templating of your being in resonance to the truth of your center. This includes 2-3 full days of hands on ceremonial care - we may also weave in additional aspects of womb care and body nourishment such as castor oil packs, yoni steaming, ritual baths, womb wraps, temple ritual arts, tea ceremony, etc. You will be provided with plenty of fresh spring water, snacks and teas throughout our time together as well nourishing meals for you breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will also have time to be nourished by the sacred lands of Sedona. Integration care and one 60 minute call are also included. Private immersion pricing begins at $7k.

CEREMONIAL WHOLE WOMAN WHOLE PELVIC CARE

Full day multi day (2-3 days) hands on whole body whole pelvic care ceremony. Next to full immersion, this is the recommended way to work with me. You will come to me in Sedona for 2-3 full day sessions (6-7 hours each) - we’ll decide on your consultation how many days are best. These days are a reverential hands on tending to the ceremony that is your life at the altar that is your body. We may weave in additional aspects of womb care such as castor oil packs, yoni steaming, ritual baths, womb wraps, etc. We’ll meet in the late morning and journey together through the day. Snacks, tea, spring water, and nourishing lunch will be provided for you. We’ll complete for the day and you will go home (or if you aren’t local to where-ever you’re staying) to continue nourishing and integrating with yourself, and then come back again for one or two more days of deep diving and reverential care together. Integration care and one 60 minute call are included. Pricing starts at $2k.

MAMA CEREMONY

Custom care packages are available for pregnant and postpartum mothers. We’ll determine together what works best for you on our consultation call.

If you aren’t sure which pathway of care is best for you at this time we can discuss it together during your consultation and land on what feels most supportive for you at this time.


Each ceremony is unique and informed by your body moment to moment. We go at the pace of your body and only go as far as she’s consented to. There is no destination we are getting to. We are in service and listening to the needs of your body from moment to moment at her unique pace of unfolding. This work is in devotion to your autonomy of the sacredness that is your body, and your total reclamation of Her. This is why spaciousness and ample time is required.
Woman, you are so worthy of this time.

This care is not a quick fix solution for womb pain/imbalance/trauma. That does not exist. Anyone who sells you such thing is not informed by the physiological needs and inherent Wisdom of the Womb.

Your body’s cries, whispers, and signals are a call for you to come home.
To surrender to her path of descent - which requires devotion, action and humble listening. It requires you to show up at the altar again and again and again. To be in on-going relationship with Her - before, and after receiving hands on care. This care will support you in re-alignment, remembrance, and restoration of your feminine nature as well as inform you of how to be in continued relationship and personal practice. Integration support will be included in your care package and additional support can be added.
