Love is my devotion and nature is my teacher. Creating space for us to come home to the love that is our Primordial Nature through the temple of body is my high joy and soul mission. In a world that has forgotten the magic of being attuned to the earth, anchored in the body, and living from the heart - I am here to serve as a reminder and activator of Truth & Sovereignty.

I’ve spent the last 7 years of my life immersing myself in the realms of personal growth, energy work and somatic healing, plant medicine ceremonies and apprenticeship, inner child healing, womb work & pelvic care, mentorship, and artistry. My embodiment is my number one priority and investment - this is how I show up for my mission.

I’m here as a guide, space holder, and sister to invite you into deeper truth through the magic portal that is your own body. Whether it’s through womb & pelvic care, music, vocal activation, medicine ceremonies, or retreats/pilgrimages - the journey is always home to the Holy Heart in the temple that is body. I support you in attuning to more safety, gentleness, joy, pleasure, wild aliveness, and grounded self love so you can embody your soul medicine and live out your mission in ease and overflow. Your life gets to be your dream and the truest expression of your soul.

Why do I put emphasis on the body? In a cerebral driven, fast paced society, largely disconnected from body, earth, and the capacity to feel - it is imperative that we sloooow way down and come into the body and down to earth. Like all things in nature, tending to the roots is the only sustainable way our branches can grow big, strong, and fruitful. The body is the grounds in which we feel, store memory, and access the fullness of our being. It’s how we make sustainable shifts that are safe, nourishing and expansive.

I offer 1:1 whole womban body & pelvic care, international retreats, embodiment activations, earth medicine ceremonies, and group programs. The most intimate and in depth way to work with me is through ceremonial pelvic care, private mentorship, and immersion.
